The oft-cited Catch-22 of internet lore, Rule 34 has been proven true beyond all doubt by fetishists, furries, adult babies and other childhood-destroyers, and is a proud feature of brain-searing websites such as 4chan, and 7chan. In a nutshell, Rule 34 is naughty pictures of the worst possible things you can think of. It can be real, but is often hentai drawings made by sick individuals. Rule 34 was written long before any of the other Rules Of The Internet, the reason for this according to Greenspun: "I just thought it sounded better to have a 34th rule, as though it were part of a comprehensive system."
Some amendments and corollaries of Rule 34 are:

Rule 35: If no naughty pictures of it exist yet, it will be created shortly. All it takes is a crude photoshopping.
Rule 36: There is Yaoi of it. If it does not exist yet, some stupid fangirl will come along and make it.
Rule 37: All rule 34 of 404 girl is a moral offense. This is not a breach of rule 34, /b/tards simply do not accept it in their midst. Pretty ironic, considering how everything else is free game to them.
