Your Mom may refer to:

• A highly ritualized type of joke popular in the late 20^th century.
• The best response to any question ever.

Your mom is widely used as the end-all-be-all summation of arguments on the internet. Employing your mom typically renders an opponent speechless, forcing them to concede whichever argument they were engaged in. This is called the Law of Your Mom. Unfortunately, the Law of Your Mom is so appealing that it frequently leads to excessive use of your mom. Overuse of your mom reduces her effectiveness to the point that she may become nothing more than an obligatory punctuation to whatever obscene comment you or your friend happen to be making.

However, if said mom is particularly attractive (see MILF), Your Mom jokes may be especially effective against the aggrieved party. Of course, such opportunities are extremely rare.
